Safety: Puerto Rico is generally a safe country, but as everywhere keep your valuables safe.  The biggest risk in Puerto Rico is natural disasters ie hurricanes and earthquakes.

Van’s called Publico’s are the most common for getting around, followed by taxi’s and car/bike hire.
