Hi Carol and Steve Well those eels looked vicious !.sounds a bit rugged the places you stayed, but you all got through it as usual. Funny Steve getting stuck int the toilet , i thought backt o when we were leaving Numea and a girl got stuck in the toilet, same thing door wouldn’t open so i said to her ill get a French guard to shoot the door off she replied please don’t …ha ha Anyway ill look forward to seeing Mauritius blog as i was there so many years ago, i hesitate to count , but i remember eating a lobster thermidor cooked on the beach . you can’t eat cheese Carol ?Take care for rest of the trip Shona

Hi Carol and Steve, and Chris well that blog was very interesting !. The scenery is unbelievable ah, very stark ,in some places, looks like something out of mad Max…. and the roads look terrible, not even roads by the looks of it .The lemur id hate just looks like a mouse ….and some of the animals camouflage is unreal, matched the tree branch perfectly. Hi Carol and Steve , Well Madagascar is not what i thought it would be ! Looks dry and uncomfortable. I thought it would be a super plush island full of ran forests and rock pools to swim in and neat beaches….
Was that bullock tied onto the boat to swim along side of tha little boat ? Take care hot as hell here 41 degrees but may rain today

Hi Carol and Steve, a great blog as per usual .You looked pretty close to the big cats !. a lovely place we haven’t considered visiting but might now. Yes business class Scotty is always on about but I’m to tight to pay that much ! however next long haul scotty is insisting. Not sure when next overseas trip will be or where too , i fancy a golfing holiday next…take care and enjoy the rest of your trip guys. Alice springs has been freezing just warming up now.
